We read every message and aim to reply within two business days (Monday to Friday, Pacific time).
What to include
A few details help us answer on the first reply:
- Your unit's serial number. It's on the label of your ION module or Panoptes display, and in the app under the unit's Overview (for example ION-ZZ-26-9001).
- Your app version. In the Theseus Helm app: Account, then About.
- Your phone. The model, and the Android or iOS version.
- What happened. What you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot or a photo of the display helps a lot.
- When it happened. The date and roughly the time.
Please don't send your password, or payment card numbers. We will never ask for them.
On the water
Theseus is there to make your ride more enjoyable. It doesn't replace your craft's own gauges and warning lights. If your craft shows a warning, follow its manual and get to shore safely first, then contact us.
